Exchange Policy

•⁠ ⁠Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

•⁠ ⁠Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

•⁠ ⁠Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive store credit.

Return Policy

•⁠ ⁠Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

•⁠ ⁠Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.

•⁠ ⁠Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•⁠ ⁠Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Items without their original tags or packaging.

•⁠ ⁠Clearance, sale, or limited-edition products (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Shipping

•⁠ ⁠Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to size or preference exchanges.

•⁠ ⁠If the mistake is ours (wrong or defective item), Octopus will cover all shipping costs.
